About us

We are a team of tech nerds embarking on yet another journey together. Again, our main focus is a better web experience for the internet peoples. That includes you! That includes us.

Some of our team members are (to be exact) 1946km apart. So yes, we work remotely when and only when this doesn't mess up the communication and development of the team and product.

Values

A lot has been said about company values and ethics. For me, those are natural outcomes of the mission * team members * personal traits + desire for constant improvement. And don't forget to finish with a sprinkle of chaos.

You won't feast your eyes on the usual bullet-point list. Values and ethics are not rows in a sheet. They are complex and ever-evolving dynamics. They come from the team, and they stay to serve the team.

What I value in a team is honesty, trust, and open communication. A goal-oriented mindset when things has to be done. A process-oriented mindset when we can afford it.

Take it from the team

"So, Buglab, what's the point, why here?"

Why, thank you for asking! I'd LOVE to tell you more! And I could talk about this company - both as product, and as workplace for DAYS. But to keep it short, what best sums it up at Buglab is "Work hard, play hard.".

We know how to have fun, and the work-life balance is unmatched. And when it comes to work, we just get down to business.

Don't get me wrong, this doesn't mean any sort of micromanagement or 12-hour work days, 7 days a week. You know what needs to be done, you know the deadline, and you have full freedom to tackle it however you see fit.

Everyone takes responsibility and accountability for their part. Is it a perfect system? No, such a thing does not exist. But is it the best one I've ever been a part of? Definitely!
