Terms of use

All of the Buglab web applications and tools are referred to as either platform or website in the following Terms of use. Buglab refers to the registered company "Bug Lab" Ltd.

Platform or any equivalent word refers to all of the software solutions that require a user to create an account and/or login into the official Buglab platform located at https://buglab.ai/platforms/user/. Any other login link is not official and will not be taken into consideration in case of any claims.

Website or any equivalent word refers to all pages, forms, and content in the official Buglab website found at https://buglab.ai/ including any and all valid subdirectories.

Acceptance of Terms

• Users must agree to these Terms of use before accessing or using the platform.
• Users acknowledge their acceptance of these terms by accessing or using the platform and website.

User Accounts

• Users need to create an account to access and use the platform.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• In case of lost account password, please use the "Forgot password" link in the platform.

Intellectual Property Rights

• Buglab has ownership of all intellectual property associated with the platform and website.
• Users agree not to infringe upon the platform's intellectual property rights.

User Responsibilities

• All functionalities provided by the platform and the corresponding results in the form of visual imagery, code snippets, statistics, analysis, and others are the user's direct responsibility. Any and all user-generated inputs in the platform are the user's direct responsibility.
• Using the platform or website for illegal, malicious or immoral purposes is prohibited. User's shall take full responsibility in case of violation.
• Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their information.

Payment and Subscription

• All payments shall be processed by an authorised payment processor. Buglab uses Stripe to process incoming payments.
• Buglab employs an advanced payment pricing model for a selected period (month or year).
• All available subscription plans are outlined on the pricing page with the exception of the Enterprise tier, where payments and periods are settled between the two respective entities.
• No trial period shall be available. The Free tier plan shall serve the purpose of a trial period.
• Access to the platforms' additional functionalities (on top of the Free tier) will be granted as soon as the payment is processed by Buglab.
• Subscription fees are not refundable under any circumstance.
• Cancellation of subscription shall occur from the next billing period (in both monthly or annual subscription cases).
• Cancellation of annual subscription must be requested no less than 30 days prior.
• Applicable taxes shall be covered by the user.
• Buglab will not request any payment from you via phone call or written text. If any payment is requested from you, ensure the validity of the request. If you receive malicious or suspicious payment requests, please contact us ASAP at office@buglab.ai.

Limitations of Liability

• The platform and website do not generate, replace or edit the content of any user input by any means and;
• Buglab shall not bear any legal obligation or liability if a user or group of users sustain any form of damage while using the website and/or platform.
• Buglab shall not bear any legal obligation or liability if a user employs the platform and/or website for illegal purposes.

Termination

• Buglab has the right to terminate any account in case of violation of these Terms of use and/or other legal and/or moral violations.
• Users have the right to terminate their accounts and any content generated by the platform related to their accounts. To do so reach us at office@buglab.ai.
• All accounts inactive for 90 days or more shall be automatically terminated including any content generated by or in the platform (including generated test cases, results of previous runs etc.).

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• All disputes shall be handled by the appropriate governing law and jurisdiction in Bulgaria.

Severability

• If any provision of the Terms is deemed unenforceable, it should not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

Modifications to the Terms of use

• Buglab reserves the right to update or modify the Terms of use at any time.
• Buglab will not inform users when changes are applied to the Terms of use unless required by law. We encourage users to visit this page occasionally to ensure they have up-to-date information. PRO TIP! You can set a test in your account to regularly check this page for any changes.
