Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative growth strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments across various channels and product features to optimize growth potential.
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the team to align growth initiatives with business goals.
- Manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Leverage growth hacking tools and technologies to automate and scale growth tactics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in growth hacking and SaaS products.
What we are looking for
- Proven experience as a Growth Hacker, Marketer, or similar role in a SaaS or technology company.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL).
- Experience with A/B testing, email marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and other digital marketing channels.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Familiarity with coding and web design (HTML/CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
