Test setup

Main test setup and placeholders.

Different tests need different setups. Setups are settings that Buglab uses while performing test runs. Each setup can be used by multiple projects and suites.

Navigate to Tests > Test set-up page in order to update the existing Default setup, or create a brand new one.

Give your setup a name, define screenshot parameters, screen size, and browser settings.

If your website requires a basic HTTPS authentication, you can add a username and password for it. Add some placeholders for your tests if you frequently use the same URL or selector. If you store such values in placeholders, you will be able to replace all occurrences of the old values with new ones simply by modifying the placeholder value.
